### sec.8 Consistency with passenger transport strategies Subject to directions of the Minister, a passenger transport implementation program must be consistent with the passenger transport strategies. If the Minister gives a direction under this section resulting in a passenger transport implementation program being inconsistent with passenger transport strategies, the Minister must table a copy of the direction in the Legislative Assembly within 5 sitting days after it is given. (sec.8-ssec.1) Subject to directions of the Minister, a passenger transport implementation program must be consistent with the passenger transport strategies. (sec.8-ssec.2) If the Minister gives a direction under this section resulting in a passenger transport implementation program being inconsistent with passenger transport strategies, the Minister must table a copy of the direction in the Legislative Assembly within 5 sitting days after it is given.
