### sec.67ZA Meaning of safety management plan
A safety management plan , for a responsible duty holder, is a document that sets out a plan for—
protecting the safety of persons who may be affected by activities carried out in the course of the provision of a road-based public passenger service; and
ensuring the responsible duty holder meets the obligations under the safety duties that are imposed on the duty holder under this chapter.

(sec.67ZA-ssec.1) A safety management plan , for a responsible duty holder, is a document that sets out a plan for— protecting the safety of persons who may be affected by activities carried out in the course of the provision of a road-based public passenger service; and ensuring the responsible duty holder meets the obligations under the safety duties that are imposed on the duty holder under this chapter.
