### sec.67O Primary duty of care of driver
A driver for a road-based public passenger service must, in providing the service—
take reasonable care for their own safety; and
ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that their activities do not adversely affect the safety of other persons, including, for example, by ensuring—
they do not drive while fatigued; and
they appropriately secure wheelchairs into a vehicle in accordance with any relevant vehicle and equipment specifications; and
they comply with relevant transport legislation.
