### sec.67G Definition for ch 6A
In this chapter—
relevant transport legislation means the following legislation—
this Act;
the Transport Operations (Road Use Management) Act 1995 ;
the Heavy Vehicle National Law (Queensland) ;
the Motor Accident Insurance Act 1994 .
