### sec.51 Concessions under a service contract
A service contract may require the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons.
If—
a standard service contract requires the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons; and
subsection (3) does not apply;
the contract must provide for the State to reimburse the holder for the concession.
If a standard service contract requires the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons prescribed by regulation, the contract may provide for the State to reimburse the holder for the concession.

(sec.51-ssec.1) A service contract may require the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons.
(sec.51-ssec.2) If— a standard service contract requires the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons; and subsection (3) does not apply; the contract must provide for the State to reimburse the holder for the concession.
(sec.51-ssec.3) If a standard service contract requires the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons prescribed by regulation, the contract may provide for the State to reimburse the holder for the concession.
- (a) a standard service contract requires the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons; and
- (b) subsection (3) does not apply;
