### sec.51 Concessions under a service contract A service contract may require the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons. If— a standard service contract requires the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons; and subsection (3) does not apply; the contract must provide for the State to reimburse the holder for the concession. If a standard service contract requires the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons prescribed by regulation, the contract may provide for the State to reimburse the holder for the concession. s 51 amd 1997 No. 66 s 75 ; 2004 No. 9 s 16 ; 2012 No. 31 s 33 sch sub 2014 No. 43 s 62 (sec.51-ssec.1) A service contract may require the holder to provide a concession to a class of persons.
