### sec.33 Authorised driver must notify charge for driver disqualifying offence etc.
An authorised driver must immediately notify the chief executive under the regulations if the driver is charged with a driver disqualifying offence.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
When the charge is dealt with, the authorised driver must immediately inform the chief executive under the regulations of the outcome of the charge.
