### sec.31 Applicant to notify charge for driver disqualifying offence etc.
If an applicant for driver authorisation is charged with a driver disqualifying offence, the applicant must immediately notify the chief executive under the regulations.
Maximum penalty—100 penalty units.
When the charge is dealt with, the applicant must immediately notify the chief executive under the regulations of the outcome of the charge.
