### sec.225 Existing audits
This section applies if—
before the commencement, the chief executive started an audit under former chapter 7, part 5, division 2; and
on the commencement, the audit has not been completed.
Former chapter 7, part 5, division 2 continues to apply in relation to the audit as if the amending Act had not been enacted.

(sec.225-ssec.1) This section applies if— before the commencement, the chief executive started an audit under former chapter 7, part 5, division 2; and on the commencement, the audit has not been completed.
(sec.225-ssec.2) Former chapter 7, part 5, division 2 continues to apply in relation to the audit as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
- (a) before the commencement, the chief executive started an audit under former chapter 7, part 5, division 2; and
- (b) on the commencement, the audit has not been completed.
