### sec.212 Record of booking for a limousine service This section applies to a record made before the commencement required to be kept under previous section 87C if it has been less than 2 years since the record was made. Previous section 87C continues to apply in relation to the record— as if the reference in the section to 5 years were a reference to 2 years; and as if this Act had not been amended by the amending Act. s 212 ins 2017 No. 18 s 28 (sec.212-ssec.1) This section applies to a record made before the commencement required to be kept under previous section 87C if it has been less than 2 years since the record was made.
