### sec.196 Existing service contracts not affected
To remove any doubt, it is declared that, subject to subsection (2), the repeal of the repealed Act does not, of itself, alter or in any way affect a service contract.
A service contract that, immediately before the transfer day, was a TransLink service contract is taken to be an integrated mass transit service contract.

TransLink service contract see section 62AAC as in force immediately before the transfer day.
