### sec.192 Meaning of disqualifying offence
For deciding whether an offence against the Weapons Act 1990 , section 51(1), is a disqualifying offence, an offence committed before the commencement can not be taken into account.
In this section—
commencement means the commencement of the Weapons Amendment Act 2011 .

(sec.192-ssec.1) For deciding whether an offence against the Weapons Act 1990 , section 51(1), is a disqualifying offence, an offence committed before the commencement can not be taken into account.
(sec.192-ssec.2) In this section— commencement means the commencement of the Weapons Amendment Act 2011 .
