### sec.185 Provision for s 67B A declaration made under the previous declaration provision and in effect immediately before the commencement has effect on and from the commencement as if it were a declaration made under section 67B. In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. previous declaration provision means the Transport Operations (TransLink Transit Authority) Act 2008 , section 47 as in force before the commencement. s 185 ins 2010 No. 13 s 124 (sec.185-ssec.1) A declaration made under the previous declaration provision and in effect immediately before the commencement has effect on and from the commencement as if it were a declaration made under section 67B.
