### sec.164 Provisions dealing with impact of decisions of local governments on public passenger transport
This section applies if under section 145 as in force immediately before the commencement of part 3 of the amending Act a local government applied to the chief executive for approval for a matter and the chief executive’s decision on the application has not been made.
Sections 145 and 146 and schedule 2, as in force immediately before the commencement, continue to apply in relation to the matter as if the amending Act had not been enacted.
In this section—
amending Act means the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 2004 .
