### sec.154G Meaning of State influenced entity
For this part, a State influenced entity is an entity whose functions include coordinating or facilitating the integration of public passenger services.
However, an entity is a State influenced entity only if at least 1 of the following applies—
the State has power to appoint a person to, or remove a person from, the board or managing body of the entity;
the State has power to vote, or control a vote, at a meeting of the board or managing body of the entity;
the State has power to vote, or control a vote, at a meeting of the members of the entity.

(sec.154G-ssec.1) For this part, a State influenced entity is an entity whose functions include coordinating or facilitating the integration of public passenger services.
(sec.154G-ssec.2) However, an entity is a State influenced entity only if at least 1 of the following applies— the State has power to appoint a person to, or remove a person from, the board or managing body of the entity; the State has power to vote, or control a vote, at a meeting of the board or managing body of the entity; the State has power to vote, or control a vote, at a meeting of the members of the entity.
