### sec.129ZZI Police commissioner must provide information relevant to applications The chief executive may ask the commissioner of the police service to give the chief executive the information the chief executive requires to make, or to consider making, an application for a civil banning order in relation to a person. Without limiting subsection (1) , the information may include the following— the criminal history of the person; police statements in relation to any act of violence committed by the person; statements of witnesses or victims of any act of violence committed by the person; other evidentiary material relating to any act of violence committed by the person. Subject to subsection (4) , the commissioner must provide the information requested.
