### sec.129T Power to take and retain particular articles
This section applies if a transit officer acting under section 129O in relation to a person finds an article that may cause harm to the person or someone else.
The transit officer may take and retain the article while the person is being detained under this part.
The transit officer must give the article to the police officer to whom the person is delivered under this part.
