### sec.129J Restrictions on questioning detained person
A transit officer must not while a person is being detained under this part—
question the person about the person’s involvement in the detainable offence in relation to which the person is detained; or
in any way encourage, or provide an incentive for, the person to make a statement of any kind about the person’s involvement in the detainable offence in relation to which the person is detained.
