### sec.129F Information to be given to detained person
A transit officer who detains a person under this part must, as soon as reasonably practicable, tell the person that the person is being detained under this part and the nature of the person’s conduct for which the person is detained.
Before, or immediately after, the detained person is delivered to a police officer or released under section 129E , the transit officer must give the person a written report for the detention.
