### sec.126E Dealing with forfeited things etc.
On the forfeiture of a thing to the State, the thing becomes the State’s property and may be dealt with by the chief executive as the chief executive considers appropriate.
Without limiting subsection (1) , the chief executive may destroy or dispose of the thing.
The chief executive must not deal with the thing until any review of, or appeal against, the decision to forfeit the thing is decided.

(sec.126E-ssec.1) On the forfeiture of a thing to the State, the thing becomes the State’s property and may be dealt with by the chief executive as the chief executive considers appropriate.
