### sec.111H Assessment of suitability
This section applies to the chief executive in considering relevant information about a person under this subdivision.
When assessing the person’s suitability to be, or continue to be, a transit officer, the chief executive may have regard to all relevant information available to the chief executive, including, for example—
information that is disclosed to the chief executive under section 111F ; and
information made available by the commissioner of the police service because of a request under section 111G ; and
information that is stored on—
a database kept by the chief executive; or
a database kept by the commissioner of the police service; and
information that is otherwise available to the chief executive.

Also, when making the assessment, the chief executive may have regard to whether or not the person has complied with section 111F .

- (a) information that is disclosed to the chief executive under section 111F ; and
- (b) information made available by the commissioner of the police service because of a request under section 111G ; and
- (c) information that is stored on— (i) a database kept by the chief executive; or (ii) a database kept by the commissioner of the police service; and
- (i) a database kept by the chief executive; or
- (ii) a database kept by the commissioner of the police service; and
- (d) information that is otherwise available to the chief executive.
