### sec.111C Application of sdiv 2 This subdivision applies in relation to the following decisions of the chief executive— whether or not to appoint a person as a transit officer under section 111 (3) ; whether or not to revoke the appointment of a transit officer under section 113G . This subdivision applies to a person despite anything in the Criminal Law (Rehabilitation of Offenders) Act 1986 . s 111C ins 2008 No. 67 s 218 (sec.111C-ssec.1) This subdivision applies in relation to the following decisions of the chief executive— whether or not to appoint a person as a transit officer under section 111 (3) ; whether or not to revoke the appointment of a transit officer under section 113G .
