section 208 (Unlawful anal intercourse), if section 208 (2)(b) applies
section 222 (Incest by man), if the person in relation to whom the offence was committed was a child under 16 years when the offence was committed
section 223 (Incest by adult female), if the person in relation to whom the offence was committed was a child when the offence was committed
section 344 (Aggravated assaults), as the provision was in force from 20 December 1946 until its repeal by the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1997 , if—
the circumstance of aggravation was that the unlawful assault was an offence of a sexual nature as defined by the Criminal Law Amendment Act 1945 , section 2A ; and
the person in relation to whom the offence was committed was a child when the offence was committed
(sch.1A-sec-oc.5-ssec.1) section 208 (Unlawful anal intercourse), if section 208 (2)(b) applies
