### sec.36 How are harbour masters and shipping inspectors accountable
In exercising a power, harbour masters are accountable to the general manager under the Public Sector Act 2022 and must comply with part 7 .
In exercising a power, shipping inspectors are accountable to the general manager under the Public Sector Act 2022 and must comply with part 13 .
Harbour masters and shipping inspectors are also subject to controls under other laws, including, for example, the Judicial Review Act 1991 .
