### sec.251 Existing applications for registration This section applies to an application for registration of a relevant ship made under the unamended Act but not decided before the commencement. The application— is taken to be an application for registration of the ship under the amended Act as an other Queensland regulated ship; and must be decided under the amended Act. s 251 ins 2016 No. 3 s 60 (sec.251-ssec.1) This section applies to an application for registration of a relevant ship made under the unamended Act but not decided before the commencement.
