### sec.219E Notice of draft standard
When a draft standard has been prepared, the general manager must give public notice of the draft standard.
The notice must be published—
once a week for 2 consecutive weeks in a newspaper circulating generally throughout the State; and
if the standard applies only to a particular area of the State—in a newspaper circulating generally in the area.
The notice must—
specify the addresses where copies of the draft standard may be inspected and, on payment of the fee prescribed by regulation, purchased; and
invite submissions on the draft standard from public authorities, industry, interested groups and persons, and the public; and
specify a day, not earlier than 30 days from the first publication of the notice in the newspaper mentioned in subsection (2) (a) , by which submissions may be made to the general manager.
