### sec.208 Marine safety regulations—generally The Governor in Council may make regulations about marine safety and issues affecting marine safety. the establishment, registration and control of buoy moorings Without limiting subsection (1) , a regulation may be made about the design, building, surveying, maintenance, equipment, crewing, and stability of Queensland regulated ships.
