### sec.202J Offence of operating ship other than under a restricted licence A person who is the holder of a restricted licence must not operate a ship unless— the person operates the ship under the restricted licence; or a licence is not required by anyone to operate the ship. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. s 202J ins 2006 No. 21 s 91 - (a) the person operates the ship under the restricted licence; or - (b) a licence is not required by anyone to operate the ship.
