### sec.202H Duration of restricted licence
In the first instance, a restricted licence must be granted for—
if the licence that was cancelled under section 202C (1) included a date for the expiry of the licence—the period remaining until the expiry date; or
otherwise—1 year.
If a restricted licence is renewed during the period of the cancellation, the restricted licence must be renewed subject to the restrictions stated in the order last made whether under section 202D or 202K .
A restricted licence remains in force until it expires or is cancelled, suspended or surrendered under this Act.
