### sec.191B Direction to person in charge of a place
This section applies if—
the general manager gives a direction to the master of a ship under section 191A (2) ; and
the direction requires the master of the ship to anchor, berth or moor the ship at a stated place in, or adjacent to, a pilotage area.
The general manager may direct the person in charge of the stated place in, or adjacent to, the pilotage area—
to allow a ship to be berthed at the place or moved from the place; or
to allow access through the place to and from the ship.
A person must comply with a direction under subsection (2) , unless the person has a reasonable excuse for not complying with it.
Maximum penalty—500 penalty units.

(sec.191B-ssec.2) The general manager may direct the person in charge of the stated place in, or adjacent to, the pilotage area— to allow a ship to be berthed at the place or moved from the place; or to allow access through the place to and from the ship.
