### sec.189 Miscellaneous offences by passengers etc.
In this section—
master includes a person authorised by the master.
A person must not board or attempt to board a ship after the ship’s master has, under section 188 (2) or (3) , refused to allow the person to board the ship.
A person who is required under section 188 (4) to leave a ship must leave the ship.
A person on a ship must not annoy or injure, or continue to annoy or injure, anyone else on the ship after being warned not to do so by the ship’s master or a member of the crew.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
