### sec.185 Offence of failing to leave a ship
A person must not remain on board a ship if—
the person is not entitled to be on board it; and
the owner or master or a person authorised by the owner or master asks the person to leave the ship;
unless the person has a reasonable excuse for remaining on board.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
- (a) the person is not entitled to be on board it; and
- (b) the owner or master or a person authorised by the owner or master asks the person to leave the ship;
