### sec.183C Making enforcement order
The District Court may make an enforcement order if the court is satisfied about any of the following—
a notice offence has been committed or, unless an enforcement order is made, will be committed;
a division 3 undertaking has been contravened or, unless an enforcement order is made, will be contravened.
Subsection (1) applies whether or not there has been a prosecution for the notice offence.

(sec.183C-ssec.1) The District Court may make an enforcement order if the court is satisfied about any of the following— a notice offence has been committed or, unless an enforcement order is made, will be committed; a division 3 undertaking has been contravened or, unless an enforcement order is made, will be contravened.
(sec.183C-ssec.2) Subsection (1) applies whether or not there has been a prosecution for the notice offence.
