### sec.160 Display of shipping inspector’s identity card
A shipping inspector (other than a police officer) may exercise a power in relation to a person only if the inspector displays the inspector’s identity card for inspection by the person.
If, for any reason, it is not practicable to comply with subsection (1) , the inspector must produce the identity card for inspection by the person at the first reasonable opportunity.
