### sec.156 Limitation on powers of a shipping inspector The powers of a shipping inspector may be limited— under a regulation; or under a condition of appointment; or by notice of the general manager given to the shipping inspector. s 156 amd 2002 No. 29 s 16 sch 1 - (a) under a regulation; or - (b) under a condition of appointment; or - (c) by notice of the general manager given to the shipping inspector.
