### sec.127 Regular reports of marine incidents to Minister
The chief executive must prepare a report for each calendar year about all marine incidents reported within the year.
The report need only contain general particulars of each marine incident and a statistical analysis.
The report must be given to the Minister within 6 months after the year to which the report relates.
The Minister may appoint a person who is not an officer or employee of a public sector unit to review the report and give the Minister any recommendations the person considers appropriate.
The chief executive must give the person any reasonable help the person requires.
