### sec.85 Procedure after detention of ship As soon as practicable after a ship is detained by an authorised officer under section 84 , the officer must give to the ship’s master an approved notice stating that the ship— is detained; and may be released on giving security worked out under section 113 . - (a) is detained; and - (b) may be released on giving security worked out under section 113 .
