### sec.74 Authorised officer’s identity card
The general manager must give each authorised officer an identity card.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the authorised officer; and
be signed by the authorised officer; and
include an expiry date.
A person who ceases to be an authorised officer must return the identity card to the general manager within 21 days after the person ceases to be an authorised officer, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
This section does not prevent the giving of a single identity card to a person under this section and for other provisions, Acts or purposes.

(sec.74-ssec.1) The general manager must give each authorised officer an identity card.
