sec.72Appointment of authorised officers

### sec.72 Appointment of authorised officers The general manager may appoint any of the following persons as authorised officers— officers of the public service; employees of a port authority; employees of MSQ; employees of the Gold Coast Waterways Authority; other persons prescribed under the regulations.
