### sec.65 Keeping of records about transfer etc.
This section applies to—
a ship’s owner; and
a ship’s master; and
the occupier of a place to or from which a pollutant is transferred.
A person to whom this section applies must keep the records the person is required to keep by regulation.
Maximum penalty—350 penalty units.
If a happening required under the regulations to be recorded by a person happens, the person must record, without delay, the happening in the way prescribed under the regulations.

(sec.65-ssec.1) This section applies to— a ship’s owner; and a ship’s master; and the occupier of a place to or from which a pollutant is transferred.
(sec.65-ssec.2) A person to whom this section applies must keep the records the person is required to keep by regulation. Maximum penalty—350 penalty units.
