### sec.38A Shipboard marine pollution emergency plan for noxious liquid substances If a prescribed ship does not have on board a shipboard marine pollution emergency plan for noxious substances, the ship’s owner and master each commit an offence. Maximum penalty—850 penalty units. If a corporation commits an offence against this provision, an executive officer of the corporation may be taken, under section 121 , to have also committed the offence. A regulation may prescribe minimum requirements for a shipboard marine pollution emergency plan for noxious substances.
