### sec.157 Provision for prosecutions under previous s 38(4) This section applies if a prosecution against a person for an offence against previous section 38(4) was started but not finished before the commencement. Despite the Criminal Code, section 11, the prosecution may continue and be dealt with as if the Transport and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2008 had not been enacted. In this section— commencement means the commencement of this section. previous section 38(4) means section 38(4) as in force before the commencement. s 157 ins 2008 No. 67 s 247 (sec.157-ssec.1) This section applies if a prosecution against a person for an offence against previous section 38(4) was started but not finished before the commencement.
