### sec.151 Continuing liability of port authority for compensation This section applies to a person who may, before the commencement of this section, claim compensation from a port authority under section 110 as in force before the commencement of this section. Section 110, as in force immediately before the commencement, continues to apply in relation to the person and the person may make a claim under that section as if that section had not been amended. If, under this section, the port authority pays compensation to a person, the definition discharge expenses in section 111 is taken to include an amount reasonably paid as compensation by the port authority. s 151 ins 2006 No. 21 s 44 (sec.151-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who may, before the commencement of this section, claim compensation from a port authority under section 110 as in force before the commencement of this section.
