### sec.148 Delegation under s 132 as in force before commencement This section applies to a delegation under section 132 by the general manager of a power under this Act as the delegation is in force immediately before the commencement of this section. The delegation continues in force as a delegation under the Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002 , section 11A until it is amended or repealed under that Act. The Maritime Safety Queensland Act 2002 , section 11A provides for the general manager to delegate his or her functions under that Act or another Act to appropriate persons, namely an employee of MSQ, an authorised officer or a shipping inspector under the Transport Operations (Marine Safety) Act 1994 . s 148 ins 2006 No. 21 s 44 (sec.148-ssec.1) This section applies to a delegation under section 132 by the general manager of a power under this Act as the delegation is in force immediately before the commencement of this section.
