### sec.143 Application of s 62 Section 62, as in force immediately after the commencement of this section, does not apply in relation to an offence against section 61 committed entirely before the commencement. However section 62, as in force immediately before the commencement, applies in relation to an offence against section 61 committed entirely before the commencement. s 143 ins 2006 No. 21 s 44 (sec.143-ssec.1) Section 62, as in force immediately after the commencement of this section, does not apply in relation to an offence against section 61 committed entirely before the commencement. (sec.143-ssec.2) However section 62, as in force immediately before the commencement, applies in relation to an offence against section 61 committed entirely before the commencement.
