### sec.137 Transition of chief executive’s functions to general manager
If—
a process relating to a former function of the chief executive was started before this section was commenced; and
the process was not completed before the commencement;
the chief executive must complete the process.

However, subsection (1) does not limit the chief executive’s power to delegate a function under the Transport Planning and Coordination Act 1994 .
