### sec.132D When analyst stops holding office An analyst stops holding office if any of the following happens— the term of office stated in a condition of office ends; under another condition of office, the analyst stops holding office; the analyst’s resignation under section 132E takes effect. Subsection (1) does not limit the ways an analyst may stop holding office.
