### sec.119 Analyst’s certificate or report produced by defendant
The production by the defendant in a prosecution of a signed analyst’s report stating any of the following matters is evidence of them—
the analyst took, or received from a stated person, the sample mentioned in the report;
the analyst analysed the sample on a stated day, or during a stated period, and at a stated place;
the results of the analysis.
The defendant must send a copy of the report to the prosecutor at least 7 days before the day set down for the hearing.
