### sec.107 Obstruction of authorised persons
In this section—
authorised person means—
an authorised officer; or
a person who is authorised by an authorised officer under section 95 (2) (b) to take action.
A person must not obstruct an authorised person in the exercise of a power under this Act, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—350 penalty units.
(sec.107-ssec.1) In this section— authorised person means— an authorised officer; or a person who is authorised by an authorised officer under section 95 (2) (b) to take action.
