### sec.102 Failure to help authorised officer—other cases
This section applies if—
an authorised officer requires a person under section 81 (1) (h) to give reasonable help to the officer in relation to the exercise of a power; and
section 103 does not apply.
The person must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
If the help required is the answering of a question or producing of a document (other than a document required to be held, kept or produced by the person under this Act), it is a reasonable excuse for the person to fail to answer the question, or produce the document, if complying with the requirement might tend to incriminate the person.
(sec.102-ssec.1) This section applies if— an authorised officer requires a person under section 81 (1) (h) to give reasonable help to the officer in relation to the exercise of a power; and section 103 does not apply.
(sec.102-ssec.2) The person must comply with the requirement, unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—200 penalty units.
