### sch.2-sec.14 Port of Quintell Beach For section 6 (1) and (2) , the area described for the Port of Quintell Beach is the area within the following— from the high-water mark at the eastern extremity of the south bank of Quintell Creek to latitude 12° 46.81' south, longitude 143° 22.73' east to latitude 12° 50.26' south, longitude 143° 22.73' east to the high-water mark at the eastern extremity of the north bank of the Claudie River along the high-water mark, initially in a northerly direction, to the eastern extremity of the south bank of Quintell Creek. - • from the high-water mark at the eastern extremity of the south bank of Quintell Creek - • to latitude 12° 46.81' south, longitude 143° 22.73' east - • to latitude 12° 50.26' south, longitude 143° 22.73' east - • to the high-water mark at the eastern extremity of the north bank of the Claudie River - • along the high-water mark, initially in a northerly direction, to the eastern extremity of the south bank of Quintell Creek.
